Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Ability to repair and diagnose Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant product and service recommendations.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings during the Genius Bar experience.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address recurring repair issues and customer escalations.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting Apple values.
• Assist with other tasks on or off the sales floor as needed.
