Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain Apple products; manage spare parts and supporting new releases; assist customers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a strong floor presence; drive sales and deliver customer service excellence; attend to customer needs.
• Provide practical advice and technical support; ensure quick solutions per Apple systems and guidelines.
• Efficiently manage repair jobs and refurbishment prep; keep worksheets up-to-date; notify customers of progress.
• Evaluate system configuration and software updates to optimize hardware resources.
• Capture all required information from customers and create accurate forms.
• Accept walk-in units and retailers; update the database accordingly.
• Manage retailer accounts and inventory of spare parts; test and organize recalled parts and devices.
• Handle payment transactions and related reports.
• Receive calls from customers, DHL, and others; respond quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and center.
• Support the launch of new applications, services, and tools.
• Submit periodic reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with Apple troubleshooting articles, operating procedures, and service news.
