Job summary

Apple in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Genius Bar Specialist to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Apple hardware and software while delivering outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with store leadership, and educate customers on repair options and product features, ensuring a smooth service experience and adherence to Apple standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and recommending products/services.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and support leadership in resolving escalations.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple's values.
