Collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events to tailor offerings for customers.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to transition accounts aligning with engagement strategy for a seamless experience.
Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools.
Maintain mastery of Retail Business programs and ensure policy compliance.
Perform other tasks to support customer-facing activities.
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple's values.
