Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service that exceeds customer expectations
