Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a General Manager for its Lebanese restaurant to lead all restaurant operations within the resort’s F&B team. The role focuses on service, culinary excellence, people leadership, and financial performance to strengthen brand positioning.

You will drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and ensuring peak guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, training, inventory, and POS operations, while coaching team members and maintaining high

Qualifications

Minimum 3–4 years in a similar fine dining leadership role.
Experience handling 50+ covers per day.
Gault Millau recognition 2–4 hat preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
Ensure flawless service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
Drive revenue growth while controlling costs and labor productivity.
Monitor daily performance and implement improvements where needed.
Coach and develop department heads and team members.
Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and promotions.
Analyse guest feedback and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure health, safety, licensing and hygiene compliance.
