Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive to convert leads into bookings, upsell services, and optimize event scheduling. You will build strong client relationships and lead show rounds to demonstrate spaces and services.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international chain hotels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English to meet business needs.
• Experience in hotel sales, event management, and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into bookings by responding to and converting incoming group and event enquiries to meet sales targets and maximise revenue.
• Drive upselling and conversion through consistent, high-quality sales tactics.
• Optimize the events calendar to support optimal yield and space utilization.
• Build strong client relationships to understand needs, foster loyalty, and generate repeat and expanded business.
• Lead impactful site visits by arranging and conducting hotel show rounds to showcase spaces and services.
• Support seamless event execution with precise administration and smooth handover of booked events.
• Support hotel promotions by participating in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.
