Job summary

Elevate, a global sports and entertainment agency, seeks a Hospitality Sales professional to manage relationships with hospitality clients, develop and pitch premium hospitality packages, and support the marketing of live experiences across events.

You will research and create hospitality products, connect with clients and stakeholders, and ensure delivery of experiences within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• The succesful applicant will possess: A proactive approach to sales, and an ability to build rapport with prospects
• Experience of selling and delivering hospitality products
• Connections with organisations that have hospitality purchasing budgets
• A creative eye and interest in high end experiences
• A hands on approach to delivery, helping to support a seamless user experience
• An interest in sport and entertainment, and is willing to be onsite during all events they are selling against

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with hospitality clients and customers
• Proactively research and craft new hospitality products that can be pitched to hospitality services clients
• Support the marketing of live hospitality products
• Proactively outreach and commit sales of hospitality products across hospitality clients
• Manage the hospitality clients and prospects CRM
• Liaise with client and third-party stakeholders to deliver committed hospitality packages within the targeted budgets
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure live inventory is updated and sales platforms are live
