Job summary

RHI Magnesita in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager Steel to lead and grow the Steel business across Qatar, Bahrain, and Israel. Based in Dubai, you will travel to customer sites and manage full sales cycles from market development to payment collection.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal experts to deliver competitive, value-driven offers. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales professional with steel/refractory domain experience.
• Established network with steel producers in the GCC region (Qatar, Bahrain, Israel).
• Experience in technical sales, account management or business development in steel or refractories.
• Strong negotiation, commercial discipline and focus on profitable growth.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, opportunity management, forecasting and receivables follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the steel business for Qatar, Bahrain and Israel.
• Own revenue, margin, market share and customer satisfaction in assigned area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key steel customers' stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in products and services and prepare offers.
• Lead negotiations with focus on value selling and profitability.
• Coordinate demand planning, sales forecasting, CRM opportunities, and receivables with internal teams.
