Job summary

noon in Dubai Mall Online is seeking a creative Social Content Lead to grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn in the GCC. You will plan, produce, and publish engaging content that resonates with shoppers and retailers, building a cohesive voice for the platform.

Collaborating with brand partners, designers, and creators, you’ll manage monthly calendars, track performance, and support paid campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with UAE market trends and GCC

Qualifications

1–2 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (retail or e-commerce a plus).
Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
Short‑form video and editing skills.
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools.
Knowledge of the UAE/GCC consumer landscape.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn to grow The Dubai Mall Online’s brand and community.
Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, retailer launches, and seasonal moments
Showcase Dubai Mall retail brands through product features, short-form video, Reels, Stories, and influencer collaborations.
Coordinate with brand partners, the design team, and creators to produce on-brand, high-quality content.
Manage day‑to‑day community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, and escalate customer issues to the support team.
Track and report on performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, click‑throughs, conversions) and turn insights into better content.
Support paid social campaigns in partnership with the performance marketing team.
Monitor social trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant to GCC audiences.
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
