Job summary

Emirates NBD in Dubai seeks a senior Private Banking leader to generate Net New Money, manage high‑value portfolios and drive substantial revenue growth across the GCC.

You will collaborate with Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking and Asset Management to diversify the Private Bank, maintain strict KYC/compliance governance, and deliver best‑in‑class relationship management for high‑net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or related Bachelor's degree.
• CFA or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
• 10–15 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience covering GCC Markets.
• Strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets, and portfolio management.
• Understanding of compliance, due diligence, anti-money laundering regulations, and legal structures.

Responsibilities

• Generate Net New Money and Revenues for the bank.
• Manage high-value portfolios and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects in the GCC market.
• Increase share of invested assets through tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management lines to diversify the Private Bank.
• Maintain compliance with conduct, suitability, KYC, credit, and sales governance.
• Deliver high-quality customer acquisition and relationship management.

Education

MBA in Finance or Bachelor's degree

CFA or equivalent (Desirable)
