Requires 10+ years in marketing, with 3–5 years in leadership, and strong expertise in CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics, and marketing automation. Experience across heavy equipment, logistics, construction, or industrial B2B is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing Communications or Business MBA preferred.
• Proven success in strategic marketing leadership across geographies UAE and KSA.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing branding, PR and corporate communications.
• Hands-on experience with event management, media relations and content strategy.
• Proficient with CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand visibility and positioning across GCC through digital and media campaigns.
• Oversee social media, SEO, website and content marketing to drive inbound leads.
• Manage communications materials and sales collateral including brochures and case studies.
• Lead events and exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships and awards submissions.
• Support Sales and BD with proposals, tenders, bids and client presentations.
• Mentor the marketing team and manage agencies and partners.
• Define KPIs and ROI; publish thought leadership content.
