Job summary

Ezee Workers Employment Services Center in Dubai, UAE seeks a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing across GCC markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and offline brand activations to drive leads and revenue.

You will manage multi-country plans for UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, coordinating with senior management to optimize ROI and brand presence. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on GCC marketing experience across digital and offline channels.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Native Arabic speaker & fluent in English; strong cross-cultural communication.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data-driven attribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional GCC marketing strategy across UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Lead generation, CRM campaigns, and direct marketing across multiple brands and markets.
• Plan and manage brand and offline marketing activities including events, activations, and partnerships.
• Drive marketing technology, AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution and reporting.
• Align with sales to ensure marketing delivers qualified opportunities and ROI.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reports and dashboards.
