Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic, a global leader in integrative health, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive GCC market growth. The role focuses on outbound sales and partnerships across SHA destinations in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, leveraging a luxury hospitality network.

Based in Dubai or Madrid, this hybrid position demands a commercially astute leader with strong GCC experience and a passion for health, longevity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end lifestyle sales with a strong GCC focus.
• Proven track record developing and scaling Gulf markets for international luxury properties.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with the ability to independently generate and convert high-value opportunities.
• Established network with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks, or UHNW client circles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of the GCC market and drive high-value revenue across SHA destinations.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales.
• Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors.
• Drive B2B partnerships and direct-to-consumer sales for diversified, scalable growth.
• Represent SHA as a brand ambassador at industry events and high-level networking environments.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and client behavior to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, PR and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client journeys.
