Job summary

Cloud Nine Human Resources Consultancy LLC is seeking a hands-on Logistics Operations & BD Specialist to develop and manage logistics services, primarily in Saudi Arabia, with UAE/GCC coverage. The role includes port clearance, inland transport, supplier management and business development.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on freight forwarding or logistics experience in the Middle East, strong knowledge of KSA ports (Dammam, Jeddah), and familiarity with FASAH, SABER and Dubai Trade.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding or logistics in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of KSA ports (Dammam, Jeddah) and clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with FASAH, SABER and Dubai Trade.
• Established network of customs brokers and trucking vendors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently for short-term assignments in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.

Responsibilities

• Manage port clearance, customs, gate-out and port-to-door delivery in KSA and UAE.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and vendors to ensure smooth cargo delivery.
• Source and negotiate rates; maintain supplier/rate database.
• Prepare competitive cost estimates and quotations.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia for port visits and on-site coordination.
