Job summary

NOVACONTINENTAL TRADING LLC SPC is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee transport planning, warehouse operations, and cross-border activities across the UAE and GCC. The role emphasizes field execution, vendor management, and strict adherence to HSE standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years GCC logistics experience, fluency in English, and a strong background in SAP MM/PM and office software.

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license (manual/automatic) with ≥2 years local driving experience.
5–8 years GCC logistics/warehousing experience (UAE preferred).
Willingness to undertake high-frequency field travel and cross-regional driving.
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transport planning for containerized and bulk cargo from ports to warehouses or sites.
Manage inventory transfers between multiple warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
Execute backloads and material reuse per project requirements.
Lead on-site inspections, supervising loading/unloading and handovers.
Conduct OS&D investigations and closure actions.
Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal requirements.
