Job summary

Hilbert Investment Solutions seeks an Institutional Sales Director to lead and grow our Equities & Fixed Income franchise across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will build relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, banks, and asset managers, driving distribution of our products across the region.

You will develop regional sales strategies, manage end-to-end cycles, collaborate with trading, research and product teams, travel across the GCC, and help shape the firm’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years of institutional sales experience in Equities and/or Fixed Income
• Established network of institutional relationships in the GCC
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
• Deep understanding of GCC regulatory environments and investment landscape
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent a plus
• Willingness to travel across the region

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the institutional sales strategy for Equities & Fixed Income across the GCC
• Build and manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, banks, and other institutional allocators
• Cover the full product range across cash equities, derivatives, rates, and credit as relevant to client needs
• Represent the firm with local regulators, distributors, and industry bodies
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
• Partner with trading, research, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for regional clients
• Represent the firm at regional conferences and industry events
• Provide market intelligence and regular reporting to senior management
