Job summary

Reward seeks a commercially driven Insight Sales Manager to accelerate the Consumer Insights business across the GCC. The role focuses on opening doors, building senior relationships, and turning data and insight into commercial opportunities with retailers, brands, and adjacent sectors.

You will own new business across retailers and brands, collaborate with partnerships and account management teams, and explore Reward’s broader proposition including CLO and commerce media.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Track record of delivering new-business revenue.
• Experience selling data, insights, analytics, or complex solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver new-business revenue targets across the GCC.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline from prospecting through to close.
• Develop relationships with senior commercial and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations and translate client challenges into compelling Insight propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities across both new and existing retail relationships.
• Work collaboratively across Sales, Retail Partnerships, Account Management, Insights and Product.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Reward’s broader proposition.
• Own forecasting and pipeline management through our CRM.
