You will architect the regional growth engine, owning P&L and deploying AI-driven insights to outpace the market across multiple channels. This is a builder's mandate to transform a regional business into a dominant consumer brand.

You will lead growth strategy, marketing automation, and cross-functional teams, delivering fast, data-informed decisions at scale in the GCC markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L-driven growth.
• Experience building AI-powered marketing and growth engines.
• Experience in GCC or Middle East markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own GCC region P&L with revenue growth, margins, and capital efficiency.
• Define and execute region-wide growth strategy using AI insights.
• Lead AI-native performance marketing and CAC/LTV optimization.
• Scale multi-channel distribution across ecommerce, retail, distributors, and partners.
• Build and lead Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Ensure governance, dashboards, and stakeholder alignment.
