You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, negotiate with vendors, and craft initiatives that accelerate category performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for your category, establishing goals, mechanisms, and team structures that align with long-term business objectives while balancing short-term priorities.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of managers by providing coaching, career development opportunities, and creating an inclusive environment where employees can do their best work.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies and marketing campaigns that drive category performance and improve the customer experience.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors to secure favorable terms, maintain compliance, and evaluate performance against business goals.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for process improvement and operational excellence, using data to identify risks and opportunities and to communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
