Job summary

Libertex Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Business Development Leader to guide a GCC-focused team. You will set sales targets, recruit IBs and affiliates, and drive partnerships with institutions, while coaching others on market trends and strategies.

You will coordinate across internal teams and present performance insights to senior management, representing the company at expos and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in Forex/CFD business development with GCC focus.
• 2+ years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the GCC market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
