Job summary

Libertex Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnerships across the GCC.

You will onboard IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients, ensuring regulatory compliance while expanding the regional footprint. The role emphasizes remote collaboration within a global team, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to a wide trading asset base.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of Forex/CFD business development in GCC.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
