Job summary

Libertex Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Head of Business Development to lead and mentor the GCC-focused BDM team, drive revenue, and align regional goals with corporate strategy.

You will recruit and develop IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners, train staff on market trends and products, and coordinate with internal teams to optimise partner experience. Arabic and English language fluency and a proven track record in GCC markets are essential, as is strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers BDMs focused on the GCC market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs affiliates and institutional partners.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends sales techniques and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyse team performance prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
• Attend and lead team participation in expos conferences and client meetings.
