Qualifications

• A portfolio showing copy that moved metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Exceptional written English across email, social, and web.
• Proven multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social, and ads.
• Fast without compromising quality or tone.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM copy across channels (push, SMS, email).
• Shape the marketing funnel with service descriptions and content.
• Brief design teams and ship campaigns from concept to execution.
• Define and enforce the brand voice across all materials.
