Job summary

ayat group in Sharjah operates a dedicated Gaming Zone and seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff. You will ensure smooth customer experiences, manage game hosts and cash handling, and enforce safety and company policies in UAE regulations.

You will supervise gaming equipment, coordinate maintenance, monitor inventory, and optimize guest flow while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with local health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required in hospitality, business, recreation, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in arcade/gaming zone or similar customer-facing operation.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash/revenue reporting.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: supervise gaming zone activities, ensure equipment is functional, staffing during peak hours, uphold SOPs.
• Staff Supervision: manage staff rosters, briefings, training, discipline as needed.
• Customer Service: assist guests, explain pricing/packages, handle complaints professionally.
• Gaming Equipment & Facility: check machines, coordinate maintenance, ensure safety procedures.
• Cash & Sales Control: oversee cash, cards, tickets, and reconciliation, support revenue targets.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety rules, lead safety inspections, document incidents.
• Inventory & Maintenance: monitor stock, coordinate preventive maintenance, keep areas clean and organized.
