Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking an FX Sales Retention Agent for Dubai, UAE. The role requires native/fluent Malay/Indonesian and English at B2 level, with mandatory retention experience in Forex/CFD.

You will nurture client relationships, convert quality leads, and drive ongoing sales while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, international setting. Base salary plus commission is offered, with sponsorship for work permit and a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Indonesian/Malay language fluency (native/fluent). English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in Forex & CFD client retention is mandatory.
• Strong numeric aptitude and ability to work with targets.
• Good computer skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent objection-handling and relationship-management abilities.

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Malay/Indonesian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
