Job summary

EoneFX in Dubai is hiring a Junior Business Development Executive – FX to drive new client acquisition for FX products and trading solutions. You will manage a sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

The role targets fresh graduates or 0–1 year of experience, requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and expects fluency in English with strong communication skills. Office-based, full-time in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year of sales, business development, telesales, or customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in Forex and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate and retail business leads using cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals.
• Contact prospective clients, present company FX products and trading solutions, and manage regular follow-ups.
• Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing trading clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Client Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Log all client interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities within the CRM system.
