Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a FX Sales Trainee Conversion German Speaking in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position focuses on converting leads into active trading customers, building client relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales activities.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German (C1), with proven sales experience and a strong ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced trading environment. On-site role with international team exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent German at C1 level.
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX finance or high-performance sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, ambitious and performance-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.
