Key Responsibilities

• Participate in AECOM's Fursa Program and complete assigned learning, development, and project-based activities.
• Support engineers, designers, planners, project managers, and technical teams with supervised project tasks.
• Assist with basic technical documentation, data collection, drawing coordination, calculations, reports, and project records.
• Build professional skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace collaboration.
• Learn how infrastructure, buildings, transportation, environment, and engineering consulting projects are planned and delivered.
• Apply academic knowledge to practical project assignments under the direction of experienced team members.
• Review project information, drawings, specifications, and supporting documents as required for assigned work.
• Contribute to team discussions, internal meetings, training sessions, and project coordination activities.
• Follow company procedures, quality requirements, safety expectations, and professional work standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while seeking guidance when clarification is needed.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a valid family book.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
