Key Responsibilities
- Participate in AECOM's Fursa Program and complete assigned learning, development, and project-based activities.
- Support engineers, designers, planners, project managers, and technical teams with supervised project tasks.
- Assist with basic technical documentation, data collection, drawing coordination, calculations, reports, and project records.
- Build professional skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace collaboration.
- Learn how infrastructure, buildings, transportation, environment, and engineering consulting projects are planned and delivered.
- Apply academic knowledge to practical project assignments under the direction of experienced team members.
- Review project information, drawings, specifications, and supporting documents as required for assigned work.
- Contribute to team discussions, internal meetings, training sessions, and project coordination activities.
- Follow company procedures, quality requirements, safety expectations, and professional work standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while seeking guidance when clarification is needed.
- Maintain organized notes, work records, learning outputs, and supporting documents for assigned responsibilities.
- Develop confidence in using relevant software, project systems, and technical workflows.
- Respond positively to mentoring, feedback, and structured development guidance.
- Support continuous improvement by showing initiative, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Represent UAE National graduate talent professionally within project teams and development activities.
Ideal Profile
- UAE National with a valid family book.
- Recent graduate or early career candidate interested in engineering, infrastructure, design, construction, planning, or the built environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong interest in building a professional career within a global infrastructure consulting business.
- Good analytical ability with the capacity to understand drawings, project documents, technical instructions, and assigned tasks.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with engineers, designers, planners, and project professionals.
- Good communication skills and a positive approach to learning, feedback, and professional development.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to complete assigned work within agreed schedules.
- Basic familiarity with engineering, design, office, or project software will be an advantage.
