Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all relevant elements of the ADVANCE graduate development program.
- Support assigned engineering, design, coordination, research, documentation, or project delivery tasks under supervision.
- Build essential business, communication, analytical, and personal effectiveness skills through structured learning and practical work.
- Assist experienced professionals with project‑related duties that provide broad exposure to engineering consulting and infrastructure delivery.
- Collect, organise, and review technical information needed for project tasks, reports, drawings, or internal coordination.
