Graduate Stakeholder Manager – Projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is an Architecture and Planning opportunity for a UAE National with a valid family book who wants to develop a career in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, communication, and multidisciplinary built environment delivery. This role is part of AECOM's Fursa Program and is suited for a recent architecture graduate or entry‑level professional who can support internal and external stakeholder relationships, organize engagement activities, and help project teams maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 AED (estimated range; final offer to be confirmed).

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication and structured engagement.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, events, and project discussions to support effective information sharing and collaboration.
- Prepare stakeholder communications such as reports, presentations, meeting notes, engagement updates, and project‑related information packs.
- Document stakeholder interactions, feedback, concerns, commitments, and outcomes using approved tools and internal systems.
- Support project teams by helping identify stakeholder expectations, communication gaps, and alignment requirements during project stages.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and feedback to highlight opportunities for improved engagement, satisfaction, and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of stakeholder contact details, engagement history, meeting outputs, action items, and follow‑up requirements.
- Assist in organizing stakeholder engagement initiatives that support project objectives and wider business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support stakeholder engagement strategies for architecture, building engineering, and project delivery assignments.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and escalate concerns that may affect project communication, timelines, approvals, or collaboration.
- Help track actions from meetings and ensure relevant project team members are aware of required follow‑up.
- Support the preparation of newsletters, coordination updates, project briefings, and stakeholder‑facing presentations when needed.
- Participate in project coordination activities that help bridge technical teams and stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to a professional and inclusive team environment by communicating clearly, listening actively, and supporting shared project goals.
Ideal Profile
- UAE National with a valid family book.
- Recent graduate in Architecture or an entry‑level professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Interest in stakeholder management, project coordination, architecture, building engineering, and the built environment sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with project teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organized working style with the ability to track meetings, actions, feedback, and documentation accurately.
- Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, summaries, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Good attention to detail when maintaining records, meeting notes, engagement logs, and project information.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and support coordination across different project functions.
