Job summary

The-Search-House in Dubai invites a Manager Procurement-Furniture to lead supplier relations and strategic sourcing for furniture, woodwork, textiles and related accessories.

You will manage procurement planning, ensure quality, and control inventory to support hotel industry manufacturing. Requires 5+ years in procurement, bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain; UAE experience preferred; company offers visa, medical, and vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years procurement experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or fit-out industries.
• Strong supplier relationship and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct proactive procurement planning and timely purchasing of furniture accessories (wood, metal, upholstery, textiles, furnishings, curtains).
• Ensure compliance with documentation and QA processes.
• Manage inventory to meet production needs.
• Interact with local and international suppliers, overseeing negotiations and payments.
