Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced purchasing professional to handle end-to-end purchasing for furniture and joinery materials, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing comparison statements. You will coordinate with production and site teams for material requirements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain supplier records and procurement documentation while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

UAE experience and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in purchasing/procurement within furniture or joinery.
• Knowledge of furniture and joinery materials and UAE suppliers.
• Experience with RFQs, quotations, LPOs, and comparison statements.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Driving license in UAE is preferred.
