Job summary

Royal Joinery is seeking a Procurement Manager - Fit Out to lead the procurement function for joinery, fit-out and construction projects in the UAE. You will source materials and services, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost and quality standards.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, strong knowledge of interior fit-out and MEP, and proficiency in Oracle/SAP ERP systems and related procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years procurement experience with 3 years in a managerial role within UAE fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and finishing materials, with an established UAE supplier network.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost control for fit-out projects.
• Ability to plan procurement activities, manage material schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
