Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Fulfilment Operations professional in Dubai to enable accurate and timely customer delivery and to build the Logistics proposition for the B2B marketplace. You will coordinate with sellers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers, routing and delivery across the full order journey.

Qualifications

• B2B marketplace knowledge and understanding of logistics.
• Experience in fulfilment operations and last-mile delivery.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-priority environments.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and order-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order fulfilment from confirmation through delivery and return.
• Coordinate with sellers, logistics partners and internal teams for handover and routing.
• Support order routing and fleet selection based on size, location and constraints.
• Track delays, failures, or exceptions and follow up to resolution.
• Maintain accurate fulfilment trackers and operational reports across systems.
