Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport seeks a Trainer to coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will evaluate and refine processes to improve learning effectiveness and production, driving successful training plans and supporting the workforce.

The role requires supervising instructors, updating training records, and delivering MEATR-aligned coaching. Strong data analysis will inform continuous improvement in NH learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient spoken and written English.
