Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training across Fulfillment Center process paths.

• Provide actionable feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers based on delivery quality and trainee outcomes.
• Ensure required tests and audits are completed and all responses are properly tracked.
• Coordinate Instructor assignments for cross-training activities.
• Monitor cross-training progress to support peak-season and operational skill requirements.
• Work with Operations teams to maintain and review workforce skill matrices.
• Identify gaps in critical-role capability and prioritize required training.
• Support Operations with delivery of training for critical operational roles.
