Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Trainer to coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will evaluate and refine processes to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments, driving successful training plans and supporting the workforce.

You will supervise Instructors and Peer Trainers, deliver coaching to AMET standards, maintain training records, and analyze data daily to enhance new hire learning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supervising instructors and peer trainers.
• Ability to deliver instructor training observations and coaching.
• Strong data analysis to improve NH learning.
• Flexible schedules and shifts.
• Collaboration with operations and agency managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training across all process paths in the FC.
• Evaluate and refine training to improve learning effectiveness.
• Maintain training records via the console.
• Deliver coaching to instructors to AMET standards.
• Organize cross training to meet peak skill requirements.
• Support recruitment of instructors and peer trainers.
• Attend required meetings and provide updates.
