Job summary

Parisima Talent is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor in the UAE to lead daily fuel delivery operations, fleet dispatch, loading activities, and manpower management while ensuring safety and top-tier customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in fuel distribution or logistics, a UAE driving license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in fuel distribution, logistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and fleet operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu optional).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hub operations and fuel delivery activities.
• Review delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
• Manage loading operations for fuel tanker fleets.
• Coordinate fleet allocation, route execution, and driver assignments.
• Monitor fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and service levels.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and support drivers, operators, and hub personnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle operational emergencies and resolve day-to-day challenges.
