Job summary

Abdulla Bin Zayed Investment Group in the UAE is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our frozen chicken and seafood business. You will bring in new clients, expand existing accounts, hit sales targets, and oversee smooth cold-chain delivery across the UAE.

The role requires a proven track record in selling frozen foods, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. You will travel across the UAE, maintain compliance with UAE food safety and Halal standards, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years selling frozen food in the UAE with an active network of food buyers.
• Hands-on experience with cold-chain operations, stock control, and customs clearance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong negotiation and pricing skills; MS Excel and CRM/ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: target wholesalers, supermarkets, and HORECA to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Pricing & Negotiations: prepare quotes and negotiate terms to maximize sales volume and margins.
• Market Tracking: monitor local prices, competitor activity, and product demand to guide pricing and inventory strategies.
• Logistics Coordination: partner with procurement and warehouse teams to secure stock, track imports, and maintain cold-chain integrity.
• Account Management: visit clients regularly, handle quality issues, and follow up on payments to keep receivables within credit limits.
• Compliance: ensure activities meet UAE food safety laws, Dubai Municipality standards, and Halal certification requirements.
