Job summary

Universal Foods Foodstuff Trading LLC SPS is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the UAE market for frozen juices and IQF fruits. You will drive the sales strategy, develop HoReCa relationships, and expand B2B and industrial accounts across bakeries, ice cream producers and other professional users of frozen fruit ingredients.

The role requires 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in foodservice or related sectors, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven UAE sales experience in foodservice, HoReCa or B2B food ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for frozen juices and IQF frozen fruits across the UAE.
• Build and grow business within the HoReCa sector including hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, juice bars and hospitality groups.
• Develop the B2B and industrial customer segment for frozen fruits targeting bakeries, pastry and dessert producers, ice cream and gelato manufacturers, food manufacturers and other professional users of frozen fruit ingredients.
• Identify new customers, applications and market opportunities beyond traditional HoReCa channels.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, sampling and commercial follow-ups to convert opportunities into recurring business.
• Develop key accounts and establish long-term commercial relationships with purchasing teams, chefs, F&B managers and business owners.
• Understand customer applications and recommend the appropriate product pack size and commercial solution.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and continuously develop new accounts.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, customer pipelines and market feedback.
