Job summary

ClearGrid seeks a seasoned HR business partner to support a large frontline workforce across the UAE. You will design org structures, lead end-to-end hiring, handle complex employee relations, and ensure accurate HR policies and records.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR business partnering or people operations.
• Experience supporting large frontline populations.
• Hands-on employee relations, investigations, and exits.
• Recruitment experience at volume, end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end hiring for operational roles with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead performance management cycles and calibration efforts.
• Develop and maintain competency/leveling frameworks for frontline roles.
• Coach leaders on expectation-setting and feedback.
• Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and contract lifecycle updates.
• Generate headcount and engagement dashboards for leadership.
