Job summary

ClearGrid Debt Collection LLC is seeking an HR business partner to own the full employee lifecycle for our large frontline workforce in the UAE. You will advise leadership on structure, run mass hiring, handle employee-relations casework, and maintain accurate records and policies across entities.

You will design repeatable processes, coach leaders on performance and feedback, and drive reporting on headcount, attrition, and engagement with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR business partnering or people operations.
• Experience supporting large frontline populations.
• Employee relations investigations and exits.
• Volume recruitment end-to-end.
• Partnering with senior leaders on org design and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Own hiring end to end for operational roles.
• Run performance management cycles and calibration.
• Apply competency and leveling frameworks for frontline roles.
• Coach team leaders on expectations and feedback.
• Own employee relations end to end including grievances and exits.
• HRIS lifecycle updates and records maintenance across entities.
• Build headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement dashboards.
• Maintain consistent HR policy application and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
• Run engagement initiatives and pulse surveys.
