Qualifications

• 4-7 years in HRBP within high-growth startups or scale-ups.
• Demonstrated track record partnering with senior leaders across functions and levels.
• Hands-on experience building performance management systems and competency/leveling frameworks.
• Working knowledge of UAE & KSA Labour Laws.
• Experience managing across distributed teams and mixed employment types.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted people partner to business leaders advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Design and operationalize performance management frameworks, review cycles, and calibration processes at scale.
• Build and maintain competency frameworks and leveling guides across the career ladder.
• Coach managers on expectation-setting, feedback delivery, and performance management to develop capability.
• Own employee relations matters with discretion and consistency per UAE Labour Law and regional regulations.
• Ensure HR policies are current, accessible, and applied consistently across entities and employment types.
• Maintain integrity of people data and HR systems; build dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement.
• Drive structured onboarding experiences and rigorous offboarding processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, and intake to ensure alignment with internal grading.
• Run engagement initiatives and pulse surveys; translate results into leadership recommendations.
