Job summary

Kozma & Kozma Salon in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver outstanding client service by booking appointments, checking in clients, addressing questions and ensuring a superb salon experience.

Key responsibilities include handling bookings accurately, resolving complaints professionally, and learning the full front desk process within 30–60 days while maintaining cash drawer accuracy. English fluency and a proactive, friendly attitude are essential.

Job description

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide
Outstanding Customer Service to clients by booking them appointments, welcoming
them, checking them in and dealing with any complaint or issue, answering their
questions about products and services and make sure they have a great customer
experience and leave extremely happy.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide an
   exceptional customer service to every client she interacts with and make sure
   that every client leaves the salon 110% satisfied.
2. Handles client
   complaint professionally and make sure the complaint procedure is processed
   quickly and efficiently resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
3. Able to Learn the
   whole Frontdesk Process and fully operate on her own within 30 to 60 days.
4. Able to book
   clients efficiently without any mistakes.
5. Able to balance
   her drawer and not have any shortage of cash or undercharge or overcharge or
   any check out mistakes.
