Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate beauty station
• Inform the assigned beautician when a client arrives
• Book, confirm and manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, email or in person
• Welcome walk-in clients and provide information about available services
• Answer client questions regarding services, prices, packages and availability
• Process cash and card payments and issue receipts
• Offer beverages and assist clients in the waiting area
• Inform clients about new services, promotions, packages and special offers
• Recommend and promote suitable salon services and products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records including contact details, appointments and services provided
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized and welcoming
• Coordinate with beauticians and other salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor reception supplies, brochures, stationery and other necessary items
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues to management when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Salon Receptionist, Beauty Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role – experience is compulsory.
• Previous experience in a beauty salon is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Professional, friendly, and well‑presented personality.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and payment processing.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers and computers.
• Ability to manage appointments, multitask, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
