Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai, seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead daily operations and guest experiences at its luxury destination on the Persian Gulf. You will oversee service standards, inventories, and financial controls while guiding a team to deliver world-class guest care.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in leadership roles, and hold a Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Management plus Health and Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Management.
• Health and Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
• Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
• Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
