About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Compliance and understanding: develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the brand values, mission, vision statements, and LQA standards. Ensure adherence to these standards in daily operations.
• Attend department meetings, daily briefings, and training. Communicate effectively with superiors regarding any circumstances preventing adherence to schedules or assigned tasks.
• Execute tasks assigned by superiors within the department's operation and scope of the job, ensuring completion in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with subordinates, colleagues, and other departments professionally and respectfully, regardless of the importance of communication.
• Treat colleagues and other department staff fairly and equally, always maintaining a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Be aware of resort health and safety procedures, reporting any potential hazards to relevant departments promptly. Report any unusual issues or problems to respective departments without delay.
