Ennismore invites applications for a Front Office/Guest Services role at 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai. Welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and support check-in, checkout, and guest registration procedures to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle guest requests, respond to feedback, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations while maintaining professional appearance and data privacy. Fluency in English and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous hotel operations or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and genuine interest in hospitality.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries, directions and information about the hotel and its facilities.
• Assist with check-in, check-out and guest registration procedures.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and feedback professionally, escalating as needed.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries and direct calls to the relevant departments.
• Provide information about hotel services, hours and local attractions.
• Assist with room allocation, reservations and updating guest data in the system under supervision.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments for timely guest requests and smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain guest documents, reports and Front Office records.
