Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide check-in/check-out assistance.
• Answer inquiries, provide directions, and share hotel information.
• Promote hotel services and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations for a seamless stay.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
